Green Options

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona members have new options for going green. As a member, you can opt to receive an e-mail notice of the availability of your electronic explanation of benefit statements (EOBs) online rather than receiving paper copies in the mail.

Paperless options mean more convenience for you and less use of paper, and that’s good for the environment. Plus, our Green Options programs, including paperless EOBs, help you get organized. No more searching through your paperwork - the information is at your fingertips online. You’ll have access to up to a 24 month history of your EOBs over the Internet. What’s more, contract holders receive e-mail notifications as new EOBs become available.
